We were the first and only total exotic rescue for years in Tennessee. We are still called on by many vets and shelters. We've done exotic animal rescue in Tennessee for the past 25 years. We started out helping a local 501(C)3, then began rehabbing bird of prey and other wildlife. It came to the point where we had to choose working with wildlife or exotics due to TN laws so we choose exotics since several friends were already doing a great job with wildlife. No one was rescuing reptiles, parrots, large cats (Servals, Lynx etc), wolfdogs etc. We take in anything exotic. We find them new pre-approved homes through a strict application process. If they are not placeable they have a permanent home in our sanctuary.

We have a fabulous vet who can work on any exotic or domestic animal. He's had us take in some very big and severe rescues such as the Critterville Pet Shop Cruelty Case in Gallatin and Portland. PETA was involved in that case it was so horrible! Many shelters, or police departments call for our assistance. We took in 25 parrots in Mount Juliet TN earlier this year. I homeschool my daughter so we are available most of the time. We are also available for education or educational programs.
